Documents Needed for a Purchase
- Most recent two years’ tax return (all pages please)
- Most recent two years’ W2s for all borrowers
- Most recent 30 days’ pay stubs for all borrowers
- Most recent two month’s bank statements (all pages) for all accounts
- Most recent quarterly statement for 401k / retirement / portfolio accounts
- Copy of driver licenses and social security cards for all borrowers (please enlarge for clarity)
- Copy of your new home ‘purchase agreement/contract’ as well as evidence of your deposit
Documents Need for a Refinance
- Most recent 2 years’ tax returns (all pages please)
- Most recent 2 years’ W2s for all borrowers
- Most recent 30 days’ pay stubs for all borrowers
- Most recent two month’s bank statements (all pages) for all accounts
- Most recent mortgage statement(s)
- Most recent quarterly statement for 401k / retirement / portfolio accounts
- Copy of your current mortgage note (may be found in the paperwork you received when you closed on the original loan)
- Copy of your current homeowner’s insurance policy ( just the ‘declaration’ page )
- Copy of driver licenses and social security cards for all borrowers (please enlarge for clarity)
